Quality Services of Austin started as a residential and light commercial general contractor and grew into something rarer in the Texas market: one company that holds the license, the ladder, and the laptop. We build the structure, run the network, and tune the cameras — without subbing it out to three vendors who don't return each other's calls.

How we work
Built by people who finish what they start.
Every QSATX project is run by a licensed general contractor who is on-site, in the conversation, and reachable. We bid projects honestly, we walk them ourselves, and we keep the same crew on a job from rough-in to walkthrough. That's the part most clients tell us is missing from their last build.
On the technology side, we lean cloud-first. Fewer servers in the closet means fewer surprise repairs, lower energy bills, and infrastructure that scales without forklift upgrades. For cameras and access points, our default is Ubiquiti — it's reliable, well-priced, and pleasant to live with for years.
Most of all, we like work that lasts. The trim that still lines up in five years. The Wi-Fi that doesn't need a reboot before guests come over. The cameras that keep recording when the storms knock the power out.
